Cholinesterase

Organophosphate (OP) compounds (click here) are a diverse group of chemicals used in both domestic and industrial settings. Examples of organophosphates include the following:

Insecticides – Malathion, parathion, diazinon, fenthion, dichlorvos, chlorpyrifos, ethion

Nerve gases – Soman, sarin, tabun, VX

Ophthalmic agents – Echothiophate, isoflurophate

Antihelmintics – Trichlorfon

Herbicides – Tribufos (DEF), merphos

Industrial chemical (plasticizer) – Tricresyl phosphate

Thus, organophosphate toxicity can result from household or occupational exposure, military or terrorist action, or iatrogenic mishap. Exposure to organophosphates is also possible via intentional or unintentional contamination of food sources. Although no clinical effects of chronic, low-level organophosphate exposure from a food source have been shown, advancements in risk assessment and preparedness are ongoing....

This is simply an article to add perspective to the unknown and known nature of cholinesterase and concern by medical science investigators.

Oximes

Cholinesterase reactivators (oximes) should be theoretically effective as an antidote for OP poisoning. Oximes work by removal of the phosphoryl group from the inhibited AChE enzyme, resulting in enzyme reactivation. When given before aging (permanent inhibition of the cholinesterase enzyme), oximes are generally regarded as effective treatments in reversing nicotinic signs. Pralidoxime (PAM) is the most commonly used oxime worldwide. However, a meta-analysis of various trials did not conclusively prove the efficacy of PAM....

"...The UK complies with the Chemical Weapons Convention..." Russia has no extradition law if found to be involved with such chemical substances.

The UK would not threaten the lives of their own citizens with the latest chemical attack that took the lives of a former Russian spy and his daughter.

The group of chemical weapons (click here) collectively known as Novichok originated in a secret Cold-War era weapons program

Why should the UK hand over actual chemical weapons to Russia found at the scene of a crime? To begin it is a chemical WEAPON. Hello?

Additionally, there is no incentive for the UK to seek help from Russia because if it is found a Russian or the state of Russia is responsible there is no Russian extradition law that would resolve the crime and the second suspect could lead to war. There is nothing in the Geneva Conventions that state two parties have to cooperate with each other.

...The Novichok class of agents (click here) were reportedly developed in an attempt to circumvent the Chemical Weapons Treaty (chemical weapons are banned on the basis of chemical structure and therefore a new chemical agent is not subject to past treaties). They have reportedly been engineered to be undetectable by standard detection equipment and to defeat standard chemical protective gear. Like other nerve agents, the Novichok agents act by inhibiting the enzyme cholinesterase....

If the chemical agent is Novichok (click here), it falls outside the Chemical Weapons Treaty anyway. That can be validated by a secure third party.

...We also don’t know how exactly Novichok kills....

The UK has a chemical agent that is not known how it kills and it is supposed to let Russia decide? I don't think so and quite frankly, I am suspicious of the USA even being involved in this investigation because of the underworld relationship Trump has with Putin. Why not just hand it to Assad.

Novichok (Russian: новичок meaning "newcomer") is a series of nerve agents that were developed by the Soviet Union in the 1970s and 1980s. Allegedly these are the most deadly nerve agents ever made, with some variants possibly five to eight times more potent than VX, though this has never been proven. They belong to "third generation chemical weapons" designed as a part of Soviet "Foliant" program. Initially designated K-84 and later renamed A-230, the Novichok family of analogs comprises more than a hundred structural variants. Of all the variants the most promising, from a military standpoint, was A-232 (Novichok-5)....

...It’s surprising to see Novichok surface in 2018, not least because Russia was supposed to have destroyed its 39,967 metric tons of chemical weapons by September 2017, according to the international organization that oversees the chemical weapons ban. The British prime minister has demanded that Moscow release information about the Novichok program, so it’s possible that we could soon learn more about these nerve agents....

If the Brits state this is Novichok, then Russia is in violation of yet ANOTHER international agreement. There are more reasons for the UK to maintain the highest security of this chemical and it's recent use, for many, many reasons; the least being charges against Russia in its continued possession of Novichok. Is Russia willing to allow inspectors to be sure there is none still existing?

I think the UK needs to protect this investigation and it's sovereign authority to bring evidence to international platforms.

Who is a "...tool," Trump?

By Katha Pollitt

...No, says my aunt, (click here) it’s not the sex that will bring him down; it’s the nondisclosure agreement, sealed with a $130,000 payment apparently made by Trump’s hapless lawyer Michael Cohen, which could be seen as an illegal campaign contribution. Trump’s fans wouldn’t care about that either, of course. They already know he’s dishonest, or else they’ve persuaded themselves that God is using Trump as His instrument, just like King David, and so He can’t be expected to observe the niceties of federal election law....

I mean let's face it, Trump said it himself, "I don't even wait. And when you're a star, they let you do it, you can do anything... grab them by the pussy."

There is absolutely no reason to doubt any of these women.

Look, Ms. Daniels was willing to refuse any monies at all from a non-disclosure agreement and rescind a non-disclosure agreement Trump never signed. That is a far better position for Trump than insisting there was a non-disclosure agreement that he never signed.

WHERE IS THE MAN THAT ASSAULTED MS. DANIELS when she was in a parking lot with her child? Those threatening statements are real and there is someone responsible for them. Where is he?

This is real simple. Donald Trump has filed a lawsuit against Ms. Daniels for $20 million. He admits there was a non-disclosure agreement. He admitted it in the lawsuit he filed. Did he sign that or is it another imagineering issue. Don't tell me he never had an affair because there was no reason for the non-disclosure agreement. The idea women can come forward and state they had an affair with Trump while he has a PUBLIC RELATIONSHIP with another woman over the years; is a very strong position for the women.

We know when Ms. Daniels was approached by Cohen to shut her up and that was while Trump was running for president. There is a strong case against Trump as violating election laws. End of discussion. There is absolute proof Ms. Daniels was paid a great deal of money by Michael Cohen on behalf of Donald Trump because of an illicit affair while Mr. Trump was married. It doesn't matter if Trump denies it. The non-disclosure agreement stands, hence, he violated election laws in the USA. There isn't anything else to know. Why hasn't Trump been served for his criminal activity as a candidate for President? There is statue that applies to sitting presidents and their previous offenses against women. Where are the papers served to Trump regarding his criminal activity previous to the election?

Ms. Daniels story still stands with other women to testify to the same treatment by "The Don." Enough said. The $20 million lawsuit is a frivolous lawsuit to try to portray Trump as an innocent man victimized by women. Nonsense. His flamboyant life of pussy grabbing, voyeurism at the Miss Teen and Miss USA pageants proves he has no scruples. None. His public image came before any other aspect of his life and it still does. He ruthlessly carried out inspection of women at the pageants to be sure his image would be intact. The women and girls never bargained for that and were alarmed when it occurred. We know the winners of the pageants were approved by Trump. Fraud.

The country needs to be grateful to these women and their attorneys current and past, otherwise this may have never surfaced and the country would be left in the dark about a man without scruples now residing in the White House. There is at least one woman hurt by threats of death ("...It would be a shame for her to grow up without a mother....") and between the non-disclosure agreements which was signed to protect her life and the threats, that is racketeering and Ms. Daniels cannot be held responsible for desperate actions to finally be out from under a criminal and a sex criminal at that.

This is NOT going away.

The real question is not whether Ms. Daniels attorney is competent, it is the power leveraged against her by Cohen that is under criminal intent.

Cohen is not the first Trump lawyer that operates above the law, "I am not going to cooperate with the Mueller investigation." Please. This is about as bad a character as a president can get when it comes to conduct and regard for "The Rule of Law." Where is the US Justice Department when the country needs him, still chasing potheads?

"The Fog of War"

An aspect to any escalation of any military presence (ie: Niger)(click here), is the actual opportunity for enemies to gather and turn what might be a national security border operation into a war.

The drug cartels will probably pay militias to form and attack the USA. There is also the issue of "kill an American soldier," that is all to real in any place where the opportunity exists. We experienced that in Iraq. Jihadist came from all over to kill American soldiers.

All potential escalations of a border operation needs to be considered and plans prepared in case there is escalation.
