Even President Putin can clear his conscience. It is that secure.

The Private Sector will recoup their $.12 by installing tolls, etc.

The taxpayer in the long run will pay MORE than if the projects are simply funded by them totally. The tolls will not be temporary and the monies collected at the tolls or whatever other fee structure Wall Street dreams up, will not go into our treasury to pay down the national debt. We will be giving up methods to raise monies to balance our federal budgets. There is a very good chance the states will lose control of land as well.

There is a separatists movement in Morocco, but, it is all but defeated. It uses nonviolent methods to make an impression of it's power.

The flag of Morocco is made of a red field with a black-bordered green pentagram representing the Seal of Solomon.

"Polisario Front" is the name of the separatists movement. It is less than a decade in organization. The efforts to establish a power sharing government have failed.

Malawi’s Foreign Minister, (click here) Francis Kasayla, has put another nail in the coffin of the Polisario by announcing his country’s withdrawal of recognition of the Algerian-sponsored SADR entity.

“The Republic of Malawi has decided to withdraw its recognition of SADR which it recognized on March 6, 2014, and to maintain a neutral position vis-à-vis the regional conflict over the Sahara,” said Francis Kasayla following talks in Rabat with Morocco’s Foreign Minister Nasser Bourita.

By withdrawing its recognition of the Tindouf-based separatist entity, the Malawi has joined its voice to more than two thirds of African countries who support Morocco’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.

The land has shifted once more under the feet of the Polisario separatists who see support for their separatist thesis waning in Africa and at the international level. This comes after the Polisario suffered several setbacks, the latest of which was the humiliating withdrawal from the buffer strip in the Guerguarat area on the borders with Mauritania and the adoption by the UN Security Council of resolution 2351, which reiterates support for the autonomy plan as a credible basis for reaching a mutual solution....

The separatist movement is desirous of wealth. Most rebel groups try to obtain natural resources to sponsor it's activities. In this case the "Polisaro Front" has no sovereign authority.

A dispute over Western Sahara’s phosphate reserves (click here) could disrupt food production around the globe.

November 29, 2016
By Alex Kasprak

...The white powder is phosphate rock—a commodity both valuable and vital. Without it, humanity’s growing population couldn’t feed itself. Phosphate, along with nitrogen, is one of the two most necessary components of synthetic fertilizer. But unlike nitrogen, which makes up 78 percent of the atmosphere, phosphate is a finite resource. And there’s no way to manufacture it.

The reality that phosphate is limited and used in fertilizer, it is another reason Americans seek products from local organic farmers. Where resources are involved internationally, there is always the fact there are disputes over these lands. Why participate, when local American farms do it so much better

Western Sahara has been occupied by Morocco, just north along the coast, since 1975. If you include this disputed region, Morocco holds more than 72 percent of all phosphate-rock reserves in the world, according to the most recent United States Geological Survey study. The next closest country, China, has just shy of 6 percent. The rest is spread out in smaller pockets around the globe. Morocco aggressively and sometimes violently argues that the notion of Western Sahara statehood is illegitimate, and that the region’s rich supply of phosphate is theirs. As a result, Western Sahara has been the stage for a growing human-rights conflict as well as significant regional geopolitical tensions....

There is a process that incorporates all this mess into fertilizer:

The Haber Process combines nitrogen from the air with hydrogen derived mainly from natural gas (methane) into ammonia. The reaction is reversible and the production of ammonia is exothermic (releases the heat of the reaction into the atmosphere). The catalyst is actually slightly more complicated than pure iron.

High pressure and high heat produce the fertilizer.
There is a better way.

The name is "Legumes."

Legumes (peas, vetches, clovers, beans and others) (click here) grow in a symbiotic relationship with soil-dwelling bacteria. The bacteria take gaseous nitrogen from the air in the soil and feed this nitrogen to the legumes; in exchange the plant provides carbohydrates to the bacteria. This is why legume cover crops are said to "fix" or provide a certain amount of nitrogen when they are turned under for the next crop or used for compost.
Rhizobacteria are naturally present in the soil, but their populations are often too low to maximize nitrogen fixation. For the best nitrogen fixation, inoculate or coat the seed with purchased rhizobium. Specific strains of rhizobacteria work with different legumes. Read the packages carefully to ensure that you purchase the correct rhizobacteria for the legume cover crop you have chosen to sow....

During the Obama Administration there was significant work done on taking the value of "the rebel economy" away from the militants. This is the beauty of the local economy mired in morality and conscience; it makes the world a safer place in many, many ways.

A tanker loaded (click here) with phosphate rock cargos exported by Morocco’s state-owned phosphates company (OCP) to Canada was detained in Panama after the Algerian-sponsored Polisario front filed a complaint challenging the legality of the transaction.

The vessel is the second held within a month after a New Zealand-bound ship loaded with 50,000 tons of OCP phosphates was held earlier this month by South African authorities in Port Elizabeth.

Through this new form of economic war against Morocco, Algeria is pulling the strings of the Polisario in a desperate attempt to undermine Morocco’s economic interest at the international level.

Phosphates and the industries relating to it is an area of excellence for Morocco, the world’s largest producer. Phosphates has also featured prominently in Morocco’s recent economic and diplomatic breakthrough in Africa where support for the Algerian nurtured and sponsored separatist thesis is waning.

After the first ship detention in South Africa, OCP legal counsel Othmane Bennani Smires told the press that the transaction is “in full compliance with the United Nations framework and relevant international legal norms and standards”.

In a recent statement, the OCP said that its representatives made it clear during a court hearing in South Africa on the case that detaining the ship and the cargo in response to a complaint filed by a separatist entity is an attempt to derail the UN process to politically settle the Sahara dispute. The court will deliver its final verdict on June 9.

Responding to complaints filed by a separatist entity that is not recognized by the UN is in itself a violation of international law....

I don't know how sophisticated Youssef Zaghba was regarding his homeland and the disputes with separatists, but, he was known to recently travel there. This same behavior (traveling to the homeland) was noted in one of the Boston bombers who is now dead. I THINK THIS PHENOMENA should be studied and understood. It obviously carries great brevity to the attackers. THERE MAY BE A TIME COMPONENT TO THE ACT OF VIOLENCE FROM THE TIME OF THEIR VISIT HOME.

"The Daily Mail" has an extensive review of Youssef Zaghba (click here). Within it's review is an allegiance video to Daesh. I think when such videos exist they should not be dismissed. This is an open defiance to the established government knowing the ambitions of Daesh. There are also fellow compatriots in the video. Governments cannot simply accept "freedom of expression and freedom of speech" as a right when such disturbing realities accompany it.

These are international terrorists and not a good neighbor with strange habits in the backyard. These behaviors are conducted after the man has decided where his allegiance lies. That is treason. A silent treason, but, treason just the same.

This is why religious freedom comes second to the sovereign state of a country. It matters. There should be a strong wall between church and state.

As a side note, Youssef Zaghba's mother was been sequestering herself in her home. If that is a change in behavior, BY A FEMALE RELATIVE, that is not simply coincidence. There is a religious sequela, if you will, or cascade of events before these men attack. There is a method of determining the brevity of violence in their future.

Mideastern Muslim nations may have a clear understanding to such devotions.

Since the 1880s Moroccan people have immigrated to the UK. The third terrorist idenified in the London attacks was of Moroccan ethnicity.

The piece of this puzzle to stop such heinous acts of violence is to know your neighbor and celebrate holidays (and birthdays) together. President Obama simply said, "See something, say something." Also, "Know something, say something." If the simple act of reporting suspicions is too much to expect please think of the children. This is murder. These murderers have no conscience. They kill anyone and all people regardless of any difference that sustains them.

Moroccan Community in the UK (click here)
According to official reports there are an estimated 60, 000 – 70,000 Moroccans in the UK of which 35,000 live in London, mainly in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Westminster, Hammersmith and Fulham, Lewisham and Hackney.
The largest Moroccan community in London is in North Kensington, where the population is thought to be up to 8,000.
Goldborne road, just off Portobello road, is home to a large Moroccan community. There are shops selling Moroccan products, cookware, and clothing. For those that like to cook, you will find all the cooking equipment for making your tagine at home.
During the summer, it is the perfect time to sit outside one of the restaurants, have a tagine and mint tea, while taking in the market atmosphere....

Monrovia – The Northern African (click here) country of Morocco’s request to join the West African regional body has been approved in principle by ECOWAS (Economic Community of West African States - click here), but West African leaders are studying the implications of its membership before its membership can be formally endorsed.

King Mohammed VI of Morocco was expected to take part in the 51st ECOWAS summit but canceled his trip to Liberia due to the controversy surrounding the presence of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the event.

ECOWAS weighs US$630 billion, representing the world’s 21st GDP and by integrating Morocco, the 15-member bloc would become the 16th largest world economy with an additional $115 billion and a GDP approaching US$745 billion, ahead of Turkey and right after Indonesia....

Thank you. It is true these killers are soulless.

London Attacks: 130 Imams condemn attackers and refuse to perform funeral prayer for them (click here)

June 5, 2017
By Rachael Revesz and Lizzie Dearden

A group of 130 imams and religious leaders have refused to perform the traditional Islamic funeral prayer for the London Bridge attackers.

The leaders said they would not carry out the ritual that is normally performed for every Muslim, regardless of their actions.

In a statement on social media, the group said: “Consequently, and in light of other such ethical principles which are quintessential to Islam, we will not perform the traditional Islamic funeral prayer over the perpetrators and we also urge fellow imams and religious authorities to withdraw such a privilege.

The statement added: “This is because such indefensible actions are completely at odds with the lofty teachings of Islam.”

Religious leaders of all backgrounds have condemned the attack which killed seven and injured 47 on Saturday evening when three men rammed a rental van into pedestrians then randomly stabbed revellers in bars and restaurants near Borough Market.

A panel of speakers at the East London Mosque said they would work to combat extremists’ “twisted narrative and their perversion” of religion.

”Once again we come together, to stand united against those who try to divide us,” said the chairman of East London Mosque and London Muslim Centre, Muhammad Habibur-Rahman.

“The cold-blooded murder of innocent people in London on Saturday evening will not succeed in driving us apart....
