Washington — After seven years of fitful declines, (click here) federal budget deficit is projected to begin swelling again, adding nearly $10 trillion to the federal debt over the next 10 years, according to projections from the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office that reveal the strain that government debt will have on the economy as President Trump embarks on plans to slash taxes and ramp up spending.

The new deficit figures will be a major challenge to congressional Republicans, who were swept to power in 2010 on fears of a swollen deficit and who have made controlling red ink a major part of their legislating under former President Barack Obama. Statutory caps imposed in 2011 on domestic and military spending have helped control the deficit. But those controls are likely to be swamped by health care and Social Security spending that will rise with an aging population.

Now, congressional leaders will have to choose between their fealty to the cause of fiscal prudence and the demands of the new president, who wants $1 trillion in infrastructure work over 10 years, a surge in military spending and large tax cuts for individuals and corporations....

Obama did more with less.

Monthly data published at the end of last week (click here) at the end of last week confirmed that at the federal budget deficit has fallen very rapidly. Over the first seven months of fiscal year (FY) 2013, i.e. from October 2012 to April 2013, the deficit reached $487.6bn, 32.3% less than over the same period a year before. This sharp improvement was mainly linked to a surge in revenues. Over the first seven months of FY 2013, they rose by a huge 15.9% y-o-y (+$220.1bn). Outlays also played a favourable role. Over the same period, they fell by 0.5% (-$12.1bn)....
I have a question. Will the Trump White House CHEAT government contractors as he did with the Trump Organization?

Another do nothing Congress.

Abortion prohibition should never be tolerated to save the life of the mother. To refuse abortions is simply regulating doctors and questioning their expertise. This is already decided.

Shown Here:

Introduced in Senate (01/24/2013)

Hyde Amendment Codification Act - (click here) Prohibits the expenditure for any abortion of funds authorized or appropriated by federal law or funds in any trust fund to which funds are authorized or appropriated by federal law.

Prohibits the use of federal funds for any health benefits coverage that includes abortion. (Currently, federal funds cannot be used for abortion services, and plans receiving federal funds must keep them segregated from any funds for abortion services.)

Excludes from such prohibitions an abortion if: (1) the pregnancy is the result of rape or incest; or (2) the woman suffers from a physical disorder, injury, or illness, including a life-endangering physical condition caused by or arising from the pregnancy itself, that would place her in danger of death unless an abortion is performed, as certified by a physician.

The Republican Party believes "The Unborn" are citizens to protect. "The Unborn" are unborn. They do not have rights under the US Constitution.

The Republicans are already limiting free speech between patient and doctor. What? The American people need to fear such government inhibiting free speech.

The Hyde Amendment was an Amendment and was codified when the legislature was passed. There is no reason to additionally codify the Hyde Amendment. THE REPUBLICANS ARE PLAYING POLITICS WITH TAXPAYER MONEY!

The Hyde Amendment is already permanent law and THERE IS NO REASON FOR IT TO BE RENEWED BY THE CONGRESS ANNUALLY.

Across the country, (click herestates are passing laws that determine what doctors can and cannot discuss with their patients, according to a new report from a coalition of four nonprofit organizations. Doctors might be prevented from asking patients about politically sensitive topics, like guns or fracking, or they might be forced to give patients medically inaccurate information, in the case of abortion....

...It would be unfair to say that the lobbyists pushing for these laws actually want Americans to receive inaccurate information from their health-care providers. The proponents of each of these types of laws are acting in their own interests. In the case of fracking, competitive energy companies don’t want to give away their trade secrets. With abortion, pro-lifers truly believe abortion is one of the worst things a woman can do to herself (not to mention her fetus/baby), and pro-life groups are extremely powerful right now.

This is a tattle tale law. There is no way to know what discussion goes on between Doctors and their patients. THAT IS PROTECTED SPEECH, under confidentiality laws and professional ethics.

So, patients/children in the case of pediatricians, have to come forward to 'tattle tale' on their doctors. It is outrageous. There is nothing preventing children from lying to anyone. Children are also suppose to trust their pediatrician and build a relationship with them that will follow them through their lifetime.

Doctor-patient relationships are protected speech and the idea Americans are being required by their government to tattle-tale on a professional who's only reason for existing is protecting health and saving lives.

Physicians and pediatricians are people, too. They deserve support when such idiotic laws arrive with a state legislature.

Oh, cute, now the US House of Representatives are not allowed to talk about Donald Trump. US HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES BETTER BRING FREEDOM OF SPEECH TO THE CONGRESSIONAL FLOOR!

And Florida’s “docs vs. glocks” law was sparked by a patient, 26-year-old Amber Ullman, who refused to answer a question from her pediatrician about whether she owned a gun. Her frustrated doctor told her to go somewhere else, according to the nonprofit news site The Trace.

Whether it’s intentional or not, though, the laws’ effect is clear. They influence what doctors say when patients are at their most vulnerable, during a private medical exam....

...A new law in Pennsylvania has doctors nervous. (click here)
The law grants physicians access to information about trade-secret chemicals used in natural gas drilling. Doctors say they need to know what's in those formulas in order to treat patients who may have been exposed to the chemicals.

But the new law also says that doctors can't tell anyone else — not even other doctors — what's in those formulas. It's being called the "doctor gag rule."

'I Don't Know If It's Due To Exposure'

Plastic surgeon Amy Pare practices in suburban

Pittsburgh where she does reconstructive surgeries and deals with a lot of skin issues. She tells me about one case, a family who brought in a boy with strange skin lesions.

"Their son is quite ill — has had lethargy, nosebleeds," Pare says. "He's had liver damage. I don't know if it's due to exposure."...

This is an ongoing problem with the freedom of speech between doctors and their patients.

Next thing we know doctors and hospitals won't be able to test for these chemicals in the bodies of citizens that are not feeling well and/or simply concerned for themselves after exposure.

The Republican Party are hideously legislating infringement of freedom of speech. The Republican Party is causing danger in the lives of American when doctors are not allowed a safe practice with their patients.

Palestine has it's challenge to the Hague.

It has been a progression over decades and the only people surviving the aggressive agenda for land are the Palestinians of Gaza.

What is to understand? Israel was carved out of WWII to preserve the lives of Hebrews/Israelis that were used as scapegoats to Hitler. They experienced and exploited culture and their religion was a focus of fear in that being Jewish was as much genetic as religious.

Now, decades later Palestine is nearly gone and the world actually has to ask questions to the cruelty and aggression of Israel's ambitions? There are no more questions to ask. The Palestinians are being genocide of their culture, land and their genetic right to exist.

Just over a week (click here) after a gathering of world leaders warned that Israel must stop expanding its settlements in Palestinian-claimed territory, the announcement made clear that the Israeli government is feeling emboldened to shake off the constraints imposed by the Obama administration and more willing to disregard international condemnation....

I don't care how accurate the maps are regarding the land loss of Palestine. They have a right to exist and Israel is destroying everything they love, including infamous olive groves.

To believe in Israel was the right and moral place, but, now Israel has no compassion for others that have a right to a Homeland. Their leaders were at one time men of honor and today they have become ruthless to simply hang on to power. Hang on to power? Why? Israel isn't going to disappear.

Palestine has to build their case based in aggression against their people from the beginning of time. War is not an excuse for grabbing land. War occurs because of the defense of people in their Homeland, not to advance national borders.

Palestine needs to name names as well. There were the occasional great peace agreements. But, there were leaders that talked the talk without walking the walk. Israel has not been contained by realistic military agreements. The aggression of Israel was facilitated. It is time to state how, why and who.

There can be no sovereignty without land.
