Sarah T. Hopkins needs to be charged as a secondary to murder and attempted murder.

Motive. What was the court order about?

By Bart Jansen

...Investigators (click here) said Friday that the gunman who opened fire at a Kansas factory where he worked received a court order 90 minutes before the rampage and obtained the two weapons used in the attack from a friend....

Gun laws need to be strengthened. This is ridiculous. She is as guilty as the murderer himself.

Hesston, Kan. (AP) — The Latest on the attack (click here) at a central Kansas factory (all times local):
5:40 p.m.
A woman has been charged with providing guns to the man who killed three people and injured several others at a factory in Kansas.
U.S. Attorney Barry Grissom said Friday that 28-year-old Sarah T. Hopkins is charged with one count of knowingly transferring a firearm to a convicted felon.
An affidavit says the Newton woman gave Cedric Ford two guns: a Zastava Serbia, which is an AK-47-type semi-automatic rifle, and a Glock Model 22 40-caliber handgun.
Prosecutors say Hopkins knew Ford wasn't allowed to have a firearm because he was a convicted felon.
Police fatally shot Ford during the shooting at Excel Industries in nearby Hesston on Thursday.
Hopkins is in custody. She's expected to make a first court appearance Monday....

Congratulation to Secretary Hillary Clinton. It is a great day for her very supportive family.

Columbia, S.C. — Hillary Clinton (click here) has won the Democratic presidential primary in South Carolina. She won the overwhelming support of black voters on her way to a commanding victory over Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders.
The win for Clinton is her third in the first four contests of the 2016 campaign. And it gives her a blowout to match Sanders' dominating triumph in New Hampshire.

Early results of exit polls taken for The Associated Press and television networks find that Clinton won the support of 8 in 10 African-Americans, who made up the majority of voters in Saturday's primary....
...In 2008, black voters made up 55 percent of the electorate in South Carolina's Democratic primary, according to exit polls. Clinton lost the state overwhelmingly to Obama in a heated contest in which her husband, former President Bill Clinton, was seen by some as questioning the legitimacy of the black presidential contender.
But South Carolina voters appeared ready to forgive.
The former president has been well-received by voters as he's traveled the state campaigning for his wife. Hillary Clinton also received the endorsement of South Carolina Rep. James Clyburn, the influential black lawmaker who stayed neutral in the 2008 primary but was critical of the former president's comments.
This year, Clinton's campaign has seen South Carolina as an important jumpstart heading into a busy March. More than half of the delegates up for grabs in the Democratic race are on the table in the next month....

Bernie, onward to the convention!

The tensil strength of materials can be tested in a lab.

I've always considered ASEAN an interest of China and Russia when it comes to building economics in the east Pacific. There are issues with Vietnam and the push by China into drilling wells along it's sovereign ocean borders.

But, ask yourself this. When has the escalation in tensions taken place? Easy one. Since the USA declared it's military focus to the Pacific. The USA sovereign ocean borders doesn't reach that far. There is only one reason a USA President speaks out for countries that are not allies and it isn't trade.

Vietnam, no different than any other country with tensions regarding islands in the Pacific; no matter it's location on the map; belong at the United Nations seeking sanctions to bring pressure to protect it's sovereignty. The UN needs to seek security of international waters.

The declaration of the Pacific as the USA focus is the equivalent of the Axis of Evil speech. As soon as it was stated the escalation of defenses in expectation of war began.

A superfast unmanned military plane (click here) traveled at 20 times the speed of sound and managed to control itself for three minutes before crashing into the Pacific Ocean in a recent test, military officials said. The prototype Falcon Hypersonic Technology Vehicle 2 (HTV-2), billed as the fastest aircraft ever built, splashed down in the Pacific earlier than planned on Aug. 11 shortly after launching from California's Vandenberg Air Force Base on its second-ever test flight. The HTV-2 experienced some sort of anomaly, prompting the vehicle's autonomous flight safety system to guide it to a controlled splashdown, according to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), which oversaw the flight.

Mach 20? There is only one use for that aircraft. This is the kind of waste of USA taxpayer dollars that INCREASES tensions in the world. As some point in time the materials that are used to create this craft will vibrate apart. Is the USA in the market for testing material strength for the hell of it? It better not be.

The USA military has stated too many "Yes, Sir." with such a hideous weapon.

I can't imagine why the Sequester was overridden by a Republican majority Congress. If this is a Republican economic stimulus, there are bridges waiting. This simply goes to prove when the military is the focus of a country the people suffer, even in the First World. Now, about that national debt.

The TPP.

It's purpose should be rather obvious. The countries within the TPP are represented in other global agreements such as the WTO and ASEAN. ASEAN had their most recent meeting in the USA and one of the concluding statements by President Obama was, all the countries represented here today can join the TPP.

I don't consider President Obama a dove.

Southeast Asian (click here) nations expressed serious concern on Saturday about growing international tension over disputed waters in the South China Sea.
China claims most of the sea but Southeast Asian countries Malaysia, the Philippines, Brunei and Vietnam have rival claims. Friction has increased over China's recent deployment of missiles and fighter jets to the disputed Paracel island chain.
"Ministers remained seriously concerned over recent and ongoing developments," the 10-members Association of Southeast Asian Countries (ASEAN) said in a statement after a regular meeting of the group's foreign ministers in Laos.
Land reclamation and escalating activity has increased tensions and could undermine peace, security and stability in the region, ASEAN said in the statement.
The United States has criticized China's building of artificial islands and facilities in the sea and has sailed warships close to disputed territory to assert the right to freedom of navigation.
On Friday, the United States urged China's President Xi Jinping to prevent the militarisation of the region....

Because of USA interests. What gives President Obama the right to speak for these countries in the first place?

When a President is willing to replace soldiers with drones, he or she is NOT a dove.

Let's take the war out of USA "interests."

These are Hillary Clinton tax rates paid to state and federal governments. (click here)

The only other tax rate she might consider important to release are the New York City taxes if they apply and property tax. The only problem there is the uniqueness of releasing that information. But, I thought considering her potential opponent it might be interesting.

I have absolutely no doubt Bernie Sanders is a man of modest means as defined by the times we live in. I also believe him to be very honest and forthright. His moral character is completely obvious.

Donald Trump has frequent audits because of the casinos. I don't have a problem with that and evidently he feels comfortable enough to say it. I am sure any losses Donald Trump reports is accurate. He has never been a person shamed by his business dealings and/or their profit and loss statements.

I am far less troubled by the moral character of any of the candidates than I am about what has happened to the country since the election of 2000. The middle class has been under attack and the Wall Street profits have increased with a cost to our country's people. I think that is more important than anything we can learn about emails or speeches. I think the emails and speeches are nothing more than a distraction until the government comes forward with charges or otherwise.

I suppose speculation about scandalous details could best be viewed in the primaries, but, there comes a point when scandalous details is all that is being considered. That hurts the country.

We have gun and violence problems in the USA that is unmatched in the global community. We have a disappearing middle class and that is definitely bad for the country. We have trade agreements that are placing the USA into the world of power so that every inch of the global IS A USA INTEREST. That was part of the stupidity of the Iraq War.

If everything and every place in the world is a USA interest, enter the next war and the next war and the next war. I think the United Nations is the best place for USA INTERESTS and it's presumed RIGHT TO WAR.

There is absolutely no reason for lumping countries together and putting them into a TPP or NAFTA or CFTA EXCEPT to create a method to circumvent current USA law as well as the law of participating countries. The trade agreements are Wall Street ideologies and should be ended and TPP should be ended before it begins for the USA. These agreements put the USA directly in the path of war as well.

There is a reason why Hillary Clinton states when the unions were asked why they were opposed to the trade agreements, there were modifications that brought them on board. The reason? Because the unions were NEVER considered important in the first place.

So, if people want a scandal to bring politics into focus, start there. Start with the way the trade agreements circumvent USA law and those very willing to allow it to happen.

Voters do not have the right to have those speeches. This is an outrageous request. She has a private life.

What next? The color of her bedroom drapes? After all I only vote for people with red curtains.

...Voters have every right to know (click here) what Mrs. Clinton told these groups. In July, her spokesman Nick Merrill said that though most speeches were private, the Clinton operation “always opened speeches when asked to.” Transcripts of speeches that have been leaked have been pretty innocuous. By refusing to release them all, especially the bank speeches, Mrs. Clinton fuels speculation about why she’s stonewalling....

She has a legal obligation to those that hired her. Hillary Clinton is allowed to have a private server and she is allowed to make speeches she was hired to do so.

It is unfortunate The New York Times wants to be the ultimate power player, who is paying the New York Times to do so?

It won't stop with the speeches. Those trying to defeat her bid for President will be then interviewing the Board members of the organizations and scrutinizing their purpose in having Hillary Clinton speak and the hopes and dreams of corruption yet realized.

Enough.

Run on the issues and do good work for the American people. If a candidate needs to become a muckraker then the candidates aren't running on issues that will draw the electorate. I don't want voters staying home because the game is more fun than the responsibility to vote.

Let's make it a real circus:
