Judge Roy Moore is in contempt of court. He needs to be arrested.

Alabama’s chief justice (click here) issued an order on Wednesday to keep the state’s same-sex marriage ban intact despite the Supreme Court's landmark ruling last year....

What Roy Moore is doing is challenging the rule of law. His actions can even be thought of as treason. The rule of law is important because it is the basis of our USA Constitution's result. The rule of law is the brevity of decisions by anyone living under the law.

The rule of law is a principle that all people and institutions are subject to and accountable to law that is fairly applied and enforced; the principle of government by law.

The Establishment of Judicial Review (click here)
Judicial review is one of the distinctive features of United States constitutional law. It is no small wonder, then, to find that the power of the federal courts to test federal and state legislative enactments and other actions by the standards of what the Constitution grants and withholds is nowhere expressly conveyed. But it is hardly noteworthy that its legitimacy has been challenged from the first, and, while now accepted generally, it still has detractors and its supporters disagree about its doctrinal basis and its application. Although it was first asserted in Marbury v. Madison to strike down an act of Congress as inconsistent with the Constitution, judicial review did not spring full-blown from the brain of Chief Justice Marshall. The concept had been long known, having been utilized in a much more limited form by Privy Council review of colonial legislation and its validity under the colonial charters, and there were several instances known to the Framers of state court invalidation of state legislation as inconsistent with state constitutions....

When are these people that practice politics and not law going to be charged and arrested?

There are standards written regarding bad behavior, too.

Article III
Section 1.
The judicial power of the United States, shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such inferior courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish. The judges, both of the supreme and inferior courts, shall hold their offices during good behaviour, and shall, at stated times, receive for their services, a compensation, which shall not be diminished during their continuance in office....

Judicial Review is a majority of the activities of the thrid branch of government. Judge Roy Moore needs to be removed from his judicial rights and brought before a court willing to hear it. The chance of charging Moore in Alabama is slim to never. But, federal agents can charge and arrest Judge Moore. He has spent his judical years in activism. It is obvious he cannot discern his church loyalty from that of his job. He isn't fit to judge anything.

A judge cannot place his religion into consideration before the responsibility assigned by the US Constitution. The US Constitution demands loyalty to the principle within it. Substituting religious ideology for the US Constitution is treason.

The reaction by hte South Korean Prime Minister was censored by the USA media. No one reported it.

STORYLINE:

South Korea warned on Tuesday that tensions on the Korean Peninsula, already roiled by a dispute over North Korea's nuclear programs, could rise further with an outbreak of war in Iraq.

Prime Minister Goh Kun instructed Cabinet ministers to strive for ensuring stability on the peninsula Tuesday, after US President George W Bush gave Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein a 48-hour deadline to flee his country or face a US invasion.

With the United States focused on the crisis in the Middle East, experts say, North Korea might stoke jitters across the heavily guarded border with South Korea in an attempt to force Washington to the negotiation table.

Among its tactics could be missile launches, border skirmishes or the reprocessing of spent nuclear fuel for atomic bombs.

"Tensions are rising on the Korean peninsula because of the North Korean nuclear issue," Goh said. "A war against Iraq could have the effect of escalating the tensions."

To guard against possible terrorist attacks, South Korea said it will tighten security in ports and airports as well as at US diplomatic and military facilities.

The US military keeps 37-thousand US troops in South Korea as a deterrent against the North and currently is staging major joint exercises with South Korean forces. North Korea lambastes the drills as a rehearsal for invasion.

Pyongyang is angered by annual US-South Korean military exercises codenamed 'Foal Eagle' currently taking place across South Korea.

It says military hardware brought into theatre by the Americans, including the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson and six F-117 Nighthawk stealth fighter jets, could be used to attack the North.

The US air force on Monday showed off a variety of the planes it will use during the exercises, which continue until April 2.

The seals the IAEA placed on the North Korean nuclear production facilities were removed after Bush's "Axis of Evil" speech.

The American people need an apology for the media's role in the misinformation they produced to facilitate "W"'s violent agenda. See, "W" never put the American people first, hence peace over war. He had no dog in the fight. The American people and the country's assets were part of a really violent agenda. The American people were never held as the center of USA policy. The people were disposable with the "W" agenda.

Failed foreign policy belongs to whom exactly?

I think that is designated to "W" and his "Axis of Evil" speech.

Honestly.

President Bill Clinton built a very strong sense of trust between North Korea and the USA. Still today, President Bill Clinton is received in North Korea as a trusted person. All that diplomacy was erased when "W" declared war on North Korea with his "Axis of Evil" speech.  Decades of policy and building trust erased by a COMPLETELY ignorant public speech.

The American media owes the American people an apology for the lies being aired today. I'd hardly call the return of two journalists from North Korea failed policy. Perhaps, American journalists would rather wait for a Republican president to rescue their journalist.

The USA does not deserve the propaganda being handed out today. It is what has caused the USA's problems in the first place.

Tesla has increased car production, but, there are unhappy advance manufacture investors.

Elon Musk's victory in spacecraft was important, but, he needs to return to some of his grassroots promises.

When Jay Arbetter put down $40,000 in 2013 to reserve Tesla's newest electric showpiece, the Model X, the Dallas financial adviser was told he'd be driving his roomy, battery-powered SUV by the fall of 2014.
Instead, Arbetter has become one of the many Tesla pre-buyers left in the dark about when he'll get the key — and increasingly frustrated at the celebrated automaker's customer service, which he calls "the worst I've ever received of any company."
Since missing its first shipping date in 2013, the Model X has been beset by repeated delays, raising investor ire over the launch of Tesla's first new car since the Model S in 2012. But the Model X's launch has also raised tensions for some in another important crowd: Tesla fans, who paid up early and now feel spurned for supporting the popular carmaker's next big thing....

The real issue with any illegal countries having nuclear military capacity is always the quality of life of it's people vs its military interests.

The fact there is a depth of 0 kilometers gave it away.

The military advancement of North Korea is not the best use of the countries assets.

Currently, North Korea's population exceeds Syria by 2 million people at 24.9 million. In contrast to South Korea post war of 1953; North Korea has one half the population of South Korea numbering 50.22 million.

The quality of life of the South Korean people are among the highest in the world. North Korea needs to reflect on it's true devotion to it's people rather than the power of a single man.

When USA lawmakers use extremist views regarding quality of life in relation to issues such as SSI, Medicare and Medicaid it provides fuel to the fire of dictators such as North Korea. The USA NEEDS its luster back as reflected by the federal programs that care for our elderly.

When the USA toys with quality of life rather than acting to protect the highest standard, including children, other countries such as North Korea take example of the deceptive double standard. (click here)

...It ranks 96 nations (click here) on the basis of the quality of life and social and economic status of older people, aged 60 and over.
The index studies four areas, in particular.
Income covers the state of pensions, relative welfare of older people, GDP in each country, and poverty rate in old age.
Health status includes life expectancy at 60 and psychological status.
Capability covers the employment level and educational status of older people, and ‘Enabling environment’ includes physical safety, social connections and access to public transport.
From this index, governments can use the findings to identify policies to improve the lives of their older people.
Based on the research, Norway is the best place for older people, alongside Sweden, Switzerland and Canada....
