The Republican House majjority passed "Fast Track" while removing protections for displaced workers 219 to 208 with 8 not voting.

Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are tied within the margin of error in most polls today.

Mr. Trump forgets who passed TPP in the first place. Republican majorities in the House and Senate passed TPP. He needs to explain how he is going end TPP when he gets in office. If the current administration hurries TPP through after the election he will benefit as well. So, what is the new President of any party going to do to end the enactment of TPP.

The unions need to be prepared to file injunctions the day after the elections of 2016.

Last week the House of Representatives voted (click here) on Fast Track authority for the Trans Pacific Partnership (TPP), twice. That’s right twice. The first time the bill overwhelmingly failed due to a number of concerns and political divergence. In a surprising maneuver they voted again on Thursday, this time removing a controversial aspect of the bill call Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA), which provides workers whose jobs have been impacted by trade with federal aid. By removing the TAA the House passed a Fast Track bill, mind you not in a bipartisan manner only 28 democrats voting in favor of Fast Track...
