The water molecules in the troposphere are moving up in altitude. That is a fact.

There has been glacial recharge at the higher altitudes while the lower altitude glaciers receive no recharge and have retreated. The water vapor is no longer at Earth's surface.

During normal hurricane season, the 'near shore' storms take water to a higher altitude which builds enough to allow the development of higher category storms to develop. That means we are using ocean water to fuel the storms of Earth.

There are huge wedge storms that deliver water in events. Those wedge storms are carrying water from the upper troposphere. But, the water returning to Earth is not dense enough to end the evaporation of water in near shore storms.

Placing the one satellite under the other in time sequence might be helpful.

Antarctica is this magnificent continent at the bottom of Earth that provides for some of the best scientific investigation of space and outer space. There are all kinds of measurements including frequency, etc. The continent is researched as well, including the creaking of the ice and the land this massive ice sits on.

There is also an ozone later that is deteriorated in this region. It might prove to be an escape value for the heated water vapor of the troposphere. That is not a good result. There are only so many water molecules on Earth. That means nothing to the CO2 density either.

There is still turbulence, but, the large tornadoes at the LEFT, at 7 o'clock (sorry, i originally said right, my bad) lower corner above are gone. Also noted in the diminished mass of the tornado at 11 o'clock.

The movement of the turbulence had to be up into the tropopause as there was no major event in any of the drifts of Antarctica and it was Australia that was reporting significant weather.

I think this was an outgassing of water vapor event that will show up as Noctilucent Clouds. Earth is losing it's water molecules to the upper troposphere, tropopause and stratosphere.

Matter is fixed/constant. What leaves the troposphere remains outside the troposphere. It is a net loss of water molecules.

NASA and NOAA will probably do an assessment. The government records should be searched for other such events that resulted in an increase in noctilucent clouds in recent years.
