The USA has a real problem. It is called denial.

There is absolutely no coverage about the USA PRESIDENT at the Climate Summit 2015. The ONLY coverage I have noticed between the cable networks is FOX News. The Summit was used to point to a weak president when there is a war going on.

The country has a problem and it is called denial and is definitely serves to cause ignorance to the country's problems that contribute to larger global issues.

The denial victimizes. It victimizes Americans and the global community. The American people are not provided valid or truthful information. That is a problem. It is a problem for Americans when they vote and it is a problem for the global community when the USA operates in a bubble as if the rest of the world doesn't exist or should I state, the rest of the world doesn't matter.

Le Bourget, France — The largest gathering of world leaders (click here) in history on Monday began a multinational effort toward forging what many called the planet’s last, best hope to stave off the worst consequences of climate change.

“Never have the stakes of an international meeting been so high, since what is at stake is the future of the planet, the future of life,” President François Hollande of France told a packed United Nations plenary session at a convention center in this suburb north of Paris.

Over the next two weeks, 30,000 diplomats and delegates will labor to hammer out a new global pact that would, for the first time, commit nearly every country on earth to enact new policies to reduce their planet-warming greenhouse gas emissions.

The talks were kicked off by world leaders including President Obama, President Xi Jinping of China, Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India, and President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia, as well as leaders from smaller nations and those most endangered by the effects of rising temperatures....

Want that to change? Yes? There is a way.

Stop shaking hands with Wall Street without PRE-CONDITION.

When Wall Street wants to carry out business with countries that want more responsibility from them, then demand it. When China allows foreign investment demand environmental responsibility. The people of China suffer terribly because of coal fired power plants. China can do better, but, the demands have to be in place to bring about that Wall Street responsibility.

Don't be so eager to allow foreign investment if they aren't willing to bring about environmental stewardship. Europe needs to do it's part. Europe needs to demand best practices from foreign investment. When Wall Street has no 'easy out' globally, the problem will find solutions and Earth will once again become normalized.

The science of climate needs standardization as well. The global community is very lucky to have scientists involved in academics, too. Dr. Chris Fields is one and there many, many others, including some from Europe. Currently, there is no 'Climate Science' graduate program. The demands of such experts are vitally important. The best that happens today is a scientist devoted to learning enough science and math to actually be able to contextualize the exactness needed to bring facts, hence assessment and ultimately policy.

Climate Science has been multidisciplinary for me. Of course there is the science and math that includes biology, chemistry, geology and geography, physics, calculus as well as politics and public policy. A strong BS is more similar to a Masters achievement, but, can be reached with a great deal of diligence. The advanced degrees can then pursue vigorous research and accurate reporting including gaps of policy

One of the sciences extremely important to any degree of "Climate Science" are those that apply to phycology. The university I attended provided access to bachelor of science programs in graduate studies. It was easy to gain acceptance to my interests and was encouraged to pursue such dynamics I believe I needed to answer my questions that were not answered anywhere else.

Phycology (click here) is vital to understand the brevity of a warming Earth and the limit Earth has to adapt. It is vital to realize the difference between Earth over time as opposed to abrupt climate crisis. Advanced degrees can also specialize such as Arctic Science, Marine Ornithology, Glaciology, Ichthyology and Ocean Chemistry and balance.

Our oceans are in terrible condition. The most important property that contributes to climate stability are the oceans. Governance of the oceans has been completely absent. There are entire peoples that depend on the flourishing life of our oceans and have no priority in policy.

There is much to do and dearly little is boring.

"...marshalling our best efforts to save it...."

Le Bourget, France (AP) — Addressing the twin threats (click here) of global warming and extremist violence, the largest group of world leaders ever to stand together kicked off two weeks of high-stakes climate talks outside Paris on Monday, saying that by striking an ambitious deal to cut emissions they can show terrorists what countries can achieve when they are united.
The gathering of 151 heads of state and government comes at a somber time for France, two weeks after militants linked to the Islamic State group killed 130 people around Paris. Fears of more attacks have prompted extra-high security and a crackdown on environmental protests — and threaten to eclipse longer-term concerns about rising seas and increasingly extreme weather linked to man-made global warming.
"The challenge of an international meeting has never been so great because it's the future of the planet, the future of life," French President Francois Hollande said after a moment of silence for attack victims in France, Lebanon, Iraq, Tunisia and Mali.
"There are two big global challenges that we must face," he added, urging leaders to create a world free from both environmental destruction and extremist violence....

Israel's approach to Daesh is incorrect and short sighted.

Violent Islam is more like a bee hive. The honey has to be harvested before the end becomes it's reality.

Israel does not have peace and it has been involved with violent Islamists for decades. If Israel's method of measuring peace is to measure the number of suicide bombers it is a mistake. Today, Israel looks to a reality of being taken over through peaceful measures of it's legislature and elections. Israel has not destroyed violent Islamists, it has only postponed it's destiny.

Daesh can be easily destroyed. Easily. The global community can drop bombs and level any place where Daesh has a safe haven. That is not a question. But, today Daesh is known for it's death squads and genocidal rule in a small spot on Earth. That is a militia of Ba'athists, not a group of religious ethnics.

If the global community wants to end violent Islam it needs to hold Daesh of an example of the violent USA. Deash exists today because of the USA invasion into Iraq. Daesh is not a miracle of faith, it is a band of criminals that murder for its own reasons.

Israel does not mind killing, but, that is not what will result in peace in the middle east. If Israel sincerely wants peace it would be at the peace tables and use it's bulldozers to help Palestine rebuild within it correct borders.

Yes indeed, Daesh can be destroyed, but, the potential of global peace will fester in perceived hate.

Hate can live within a generation and the end of it is more important than the temporary death of criminals. The global community has to move forward to end the hate and bring future generations under the umbrella of peace.

Defeating Daesh is more than killing. That is a lesson even Israel has yet to learn.

I told you so. He isn't a Washington GOP insider either.

He went to Washington, DC to fight for Sandy Aid and he got it after lecturing the US Congress about postponing a vote. (click here)

Washington -- Some NAACP delegates (click here) were furious that New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie (R) was invited to speak at the state conference's annual membership event on Saturday, saying Christie's appearance was merely for show, The Star-Ledger reports.

In his first address to the organization since he took office in 2010, Christie focused on bail reform (click here) and legislation passed last year that eliminated the requirement for New Jersey job applicants to disclose their criminal history.

Bail reform in New Jersey passed in 2014 with bipartisan support and Governor Chris Christi was among the earlier governors to pass legislation in 2013 to end the disclosure of criminal history in job applications.

But Deborah Gregory, president of the NAACP's Newark chapter, was one of a number of NAACP officials unhappy with the governor's presence. The Star-Ledger reports that Gregory stood outside the venue on Saturday protesting Christie's appearance. She told the paper that the governor did not deserve to be invited....

In a statement Governor Chris Christi once stated: "...I have had enough of the crazies...." Lately, I was beginning to think he didn't mean it.

...Our choice is Gov. Chris Christie.  (click here) As a U.S. attorney and then a big-state governor, he is the one candidate who has the range and type of experience the nation desperately needs....

When a person has an appreciation for the law and well as the people who live under it, it shows. Can the New Jersey Governor relay the confidence the Union Leader showed to the rest of the Republican constituency? Christ Christi is a very bright man. It is a real race to the finish now. I hope he gets the funding he needs to fairly compete.

Paterson—A lawyer who defended Muslims (click here) detained after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks was sworn in as a New Jersey Superior Court judge on Tuesday, as Gov. Chris Christie called those who criticized his nomination ignorant.
The appointment of Sohail Mohammed, 47 years old, angered some conservatives, who said they were concerned about the influence of Sharia law, an Islamic code of law.
Mr. Christie defended Mr. Mohammed, who is Muslim, calling him an extraordinary American and an outstanding lawyer who helped strengthen ties between the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Muslim community after the 2001 attacks....

Add to that Hurricane Sandra from the East Pacific.

November 27, 2015
By James Samenow

Hurricane Sandra, (click here) which became the strongest tropical cyclone ever observed in the western hemisphere so late in the year on Thanksgiving day, is bearing down on Mexico’s west coast.
The historic, though rapidly weakening storm is expected to make landfall near Mazatlan Saturday, and some of its moisture will be drawn into the south central U.S.

While still packing 100 mph winds, Sandra is most notable for what it once was, rather than what it will become. The storm achieved category 4 intensity on Thursday, with sustained winds to 145 mph. Weather Underground’s Jeff Masters and Bob Henson described the unprecedented feat:...

Below is a satellite from November 21, 2015 showing a very odd formation that will become Hurricane Sandra. It drew energy from the Gulf of Mexico and than traveled the near shore of western Mexico into the southern USA directly over Texas.

This is a hemispheric view of the northern hemisphere. At 6:00 o'clock is Hurricane Sandra on November 25, 2015. This photo also shows Hurricane Sandra moving from a Gulf of Mexico movement into a northeast movement.

This has been an unprecedented hurricane season in the East Pacific. It rivals 2005 when Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma set a record season.

There are 32 named storms (click here) in the east Pacific. The storms most to the west of this view of the Pacific passed into the satellites of the East Pacific toward Asia.

Below is the current conditions at Hawaii. (click here) There is high surf advisories and small craft advisories because of the turbulence of the Pacific and these storms. This is not a chronic condition for Hawaii surf.

And Alaska (click here) has the same problems at it's southern border where it meets the east Pacific Ocean.

Alaska receives turbulence on a regular basis, but, rarely to this extent including the shoreline of southern Alaska to the western border of the islands.

The Climate Crisis is real and continues to kill people globally as well as citizens of the USA.
